I took a flight on mango last year and had bought the travel insurance. However, I did not recieve the insurance certificate. My bags were broken into and a few items taken. When I contact Mango, they refer me to AIG travel insurance, the company that does the insurance for them. When I phone them, they say its the responsibility of Mango to send the certificates. Now I am waiting for months to put through my claim, but have no insurance number! It is truly frustrating. I checked my spam folder and theres nothing there. It is not the only time either. Every time I use Mango I purchase the insurance as well, but NEVER get the insurance certificate. I do not know what more I need to do.
