What a pleasure dealing with Mango, twice I have had to move my flight and book an extra flight for someone else!
After waiting a brief period on the phone which can be expected for calling after hours, the call centre agent was friendly, professional and thorough!
To add, I flew to Cape Town from Johannesburg and it was very pleasant!
