Booked and paid for a flight to DBN for next week from Lanseria, received and sms confirming the flight had been cancelled, then received a call today to ask if I want to take the mid afternoon flight... how does that work, appointments for business were made, car hire booked, accommodation booked and paid for. Meetings scheduled for two days solid from when I land to the next days flight out. Now all these have to be cancelled with costs incurred, revenue lost and no explanation at all. PATHETIC SERVICE but I should have expected this. Anyone I speak to going forward will hear this story and I will do my best to turn clients, friends and family to an alternative airline.
