I have kulula flights booked for February and was recently made aware that the event I was supposed to be attending had been moved to the weekend earlier.
I booked a new flight on sale from another airline as Kulula ticket prices were through the roof, however was left with my original booking.

When going onto the website to see how much it would cost to move flights to July, the flights I wanted to go one was about R100 more than what I had originally paid.
However, upon calling Kulula to make the change I was advised it would be R450 in addition to the change fee.
The system and flight classes have been explained to me and I fully understand them, but that doesn't make ripping me off feel any better. There is no logic and all anyone can say is, 'the system does not allow it.'
When finding a lady who would help me, when I tried to call her back she refused to return my calls and changed her mind about what she had suggested.

To change a flight with Kulula costs almost as much as a new flight. I will never use Kulula again and cannot wait for a new player to come into the market.
