Very dissappointed

I have bought about 20 tickets in the last week through [URL Removed] and needed to cancel one of them today as one of our reps resigned. Only to be told "because I booked a cheap seat I could not get a refund" the tickets cost me almost R4000.00. I wouldn't call that cheap. No where on the website does it give me an option to take travel insurance for flight changes etc, so what happens if a problem arises and a flight cannot be used yet I call to cancel in advance? this is disgusting service and I would rather start booking all my monthly tickets through SAA and pay the extra amount. I am very disappointed in this service after all the money I have spent with them
