No feedback on urgent query

My parents were scheduled to fly from Cape Town to Lanseria on Friday, 31 January. Unfortunately their vehicle with identity documents were twee weeks before, so they would have no identification documents when booking in at the airport. My mother could not obtain a temporary ID as her fingerprints had faded over the years and documents first had to be sent to Jhb before they could issue same. For a full weeks I tried to contact Mango at Cape Town Airport to confirm whether an affidavit and copy of the ID's which were would suffice. I phoned almost three times every day but there was no answer. I also sent an e-mail to which there was no reply. Mango Lanseria were however very helpful as regards their return flight on Sunday but as rules differ from branch to branch, we could not merely accept that the affidavit and copy of ID would be acceptable at Mango Cape Town - Lanseria also warned us about this. We were all highly stressed the whole two weeks as what would happen if Mango Cape Town did not accept my mother's documents and she could not fly to Lanseria? Mango Cape Town's service is really pathetic and this is totally unacceptable.
