We booked a package holiday through this company to Fiji. Despite repeated calls to get tickets / booking confirmation we kept hearing promises and nothing more. Eventually we went in and demanded to see the owner who is the same person we booked with - Lisa Ma. This agency is a one-horse shop and we should have known they are artists from the start. Lisa was very abusive and screamed and shouted at us and told us she would call the police then picked up her stapler and started chasing us with it.
