Driver kept change and payment receipt

I caught 3:30 bus from Kyasand to Protea Glen on Friday the 31st.. I had a weekly bus tag and for some funny reason on my last trip the driver tells me my tag is finished with no more trips left. I then paid R25 bcos it is R24 from corner Christiaan De Wet to Chiawelo. I asked for the slip he didn't give me, he even kept my change without an apology he said go and report me.
