On the morning of 17 December 2013 I nearly lost my life due to a driver from Phola coaches not stopping at a stop street. I veered off the road damaging my types and my ABS. I laid a complaint with drive report and only in mid January after chasing for two weeks did I get a response from the Witbank branch manager!
They all seem to think that this was a bit of a joke and I must claim off my insurance for the damages done! I have full proof of the scene and my tyre damage on the day and they are now just refusing my calls and emails. This same driver is still driving there busses where he should not be as he can obey simple rules of the road... I am now having to pay out of my own pocket to have damages repaired which amounts to R13k...
