Hello, I've been trying for several months to get a response from Greyhound regarding my loyalty points.
I registered with my id number, followed the process explained to me. And when I asked what my point status is I keep getting told that the right department will get back to me.
It is poor service when a company offers something and then does NOT stand by that promise. Unfortunately if I don't get a response from this then GREYHOUND has lost a customer and any other people I may influence not to use their buses.
