Changes to ticket

We booked and paid for a ticket for my husband to join in me in Cape Town a while ago.

Work sent him overseas so he could not join anymore so I wanted to change the name on the ticket (and willing to pay for the change) to my sister so that she could join me.

Kulula blatantly refused and said sorry.

So basically they take your money for love and charity and you have to buy a new ticket.

Mango who we booked our return flights with had no issue in making the change.
