Still no refund from Mango

Good Day

on 19 January I made a booking with Mango and made an EFT payment via their SID application.
My booking confirmation was not sent through however the payment did go through. I was notified that it would take a few days for the refund to be processed. 10 days later and still sign off my money. This is ridiculous, it most certainly does not take 10 days for the money to reflect in your account. To top it off, your staff was just not helpful with regards to this refund. I want my refund asap, Mango's service is going from bad to worse. Your'll definitely know nothing about customer service / customer satisfaction.
