I tried to book for a vacation on line to find out that my password is incorrect, I then tried to call the contact centre for further assistance. Held on for 30 minutes 3 times, subsequently I then logged my query on the customer care email and received a reference number 28637 on the 21/01/2014. No has bothered to make contact since, I have sent 2 more emails on Thursday and Friday. Still no feed back
The service is shocking
