Your website, together with information provided by the official Argus Cycle Tour, states that a passenger travelling on [URL Removed] may transport their bicycle for R300. It further states that the drop off is between 1 and 7 March. I phoned your call centre to find out if someone may drop off the bicycle on behalf of the passenger, as long as they had the passenger's ID, authorisation & eticket. Your call centre advised that bicycles must be taken when flying and that the passenger was guaranteed that his bicycle would travel with him. Please could you clarify this information that does not tie up with your website or the official Argus Cycle Tour website.
