We booked a stay at Bushman/San Safari Lodge in Lephalale (Ellisras) through [URL Removed] This lodge had 93 very good reviews and we expected a very nice break away. When we arrived the guesthouse unit that we were booked in was disgusting and falling apart with holes in the ceiling, dirty carpets and old bread bags in the kitchen cupboards! were really disappointed and I wrote a review complaining about the Lodge through [URL Removed] hoping that someone else will read my review. I checked the website again and the last review posted on Bushman/ San Safari Lodge was a year ago! Almost a month has passed and even though I have send Safarinow two e-mails to query why my review has not been posted yet or why someone has not at least contacted me by now I have heard nothing! I have been using Safarinow for years to book basically all our holidays but I will never make use of them again as they really do not care what their clients experience at the very destinations they promote! The information on their website is misleading and can not be trusted! Please do not be fooled!!
