We used Mango to fly to CT on the 19/01/13 and our flight was 2hours late and we were advised by sms to call for vouchers to compensate us for the delay. I called the number given and 4 vouchers were issued as we were 4 passengers and was advised I can use it for anyone in the time frame given. On the 05/03/13 I tried to buy plain tickets using the vouchers and to my surprise the online system advised that the vouchers are invalid after I made 4 calls requesting for help to purchase the tickets, I sent a email to enquiries@flymango and to date I am still waiting for help as requested 4 times already. The invalid voucher ref is 2095511C, 2095485T, 2095463J and 2095452L, I fail to understand how you can issue me with something to say sorry then to discover it is invalid.
