Appalling Policy

Bought a Anytime Holiday voucher on Groupon! And the website stipulated that my RESERVATION needed to be done by the 31st of January 2013. I called the 26th of January to reserve and was told, 'sorry, we have no availabillity for you' I mentioned that I was within my time limit as per the website and should be accommodated. I also mentioned that it was their responsibility to ensure that they have enough space available for all the bookings that may occcur within the time frame as stated on the advert failing which it amounts to false and misleading advertising that entices consumers to make the purchase only to be disappointed at the reality that they have purchased a voucher that nothing can be done with. Eventually after much debate, I got a call on the 29th of Jan when they gave me options for the winter season, MAY! I was told that I can contact them to confirm the booking as I needed to change my plans (annual leave). I contacted them after the 31st once my plans were changed & was told that "the time has expired, sorry nothing we can do for you now"!!! Unbelievable especially since I had ALREADY made contact prior to the 31st!!! I was nonchalantly given the boot! RUBBISH!
