Holiday Access: What a? RIPOFF?

I have tried relentlessly to cancel this contract: e-mails send, calls made, debit orders reversed, whereby I was informed very abruptly by the customer call centre that it cannot be cancelled, and that my contract is fixed for 35 months. Information represented by your consultant is misleading and not transparent about the extra costs / accommodation fees, There seems to be no availability, and my points (5500) are not enough to go to any vacation, without paying in. When I joined I was told that I could use my points to book accommodation and I was given the points guide. Every time I want to book, using my points they tell me that there is no way I could ever use my points only, even in low season, there will always be a fee that I will have to pay, and it is more expensive to use your points than the bonus break specials. I want to be re-reimbursed with the deposit and payment that went off my account, as this is false advertising, and not what was mentioned by the sales lady. I am not satisfied with the product and services that was sold to me under false pretence. As per the "Consumer Protection Act", I have the right to cancel this contract. Further steps will be taken.
