I tried to book a flight during Kulula's Sale this morning, having selected the flights at a certain price completed the process of filling in credit card details etc and clicked pay. I then receive an error to say that the payment amount does not match the amount due! After calling the call centre they tell me that the price has changed and I must start again!!! Surely once you select a certain fare that should be valid for a few minutes so you can complete Kulula's booking process! We are talking about 2 or 3 minutes here, its not as if I was taking more than 10 minutes to complete this booking!
Besides the annoyance of having the price go up the annoyance of having to start the whole process all over again is ridiculous!
Any other booking system I know of would temporarily hold your seats for a certain amount of time so you can complete and pay for the booking! Even 5 minutes would be suffiecient
