WRONG BUS

On the 28 December 2013 i arrived at Capetown bus stop and booked 05 return bus tickets of which i paid R530.00 each for 02 JAN 2014, two hours before departing greyhound send me a message that i will be traveling with mega-bus meanwhile i booked for a dream liner, the mega-bus that we were traveling on for 10 hours was unbearably uncomfortable and the price that i paid for was not worth it, it was most def not a dream liner and it was terribly uncomfortable where one could stretch legs for 10hours and the bus was shakey and not safe at all, i send a complaint to them and have been calling their offices with no response till this today, i also laid a complaint at the Capetown bus stop but one one of the employer was down right rude and told me its either i travel in that bus or i stay in Capetown, i have been sick since the day i landed in my hometown because of that bus. I demand and explanation and a refund because the money that i paid was not worth that bus
