I've contacted [URL Removed] 6 times now and am officially fed up!
I don't even feel like explaining the whole dilemma for the 7th time.
Bottom line:
Booked through Kulula for a BA Flight.
Want to change to one day earlier and make the changes ONLINE, NOT over the PHONE.
Kulula's system does not allow.
BA says I must do it through Kulula.
4 days and 3 reference numbers later, I'm still not able to move my flight.
