I would like to stress how pathetic the Intercity Express Service is... Yesterday the 5th Jan we left Port Shepstone at 7am and the Intercity bus that we were on broke down just before we got to Montrose, for 2 and a half hours we were sitting there in the heat calling the offices and there was no response. The bus was supposed to get to OR Tambo at 16:20 but we only got there at 21:00. There was traffic on the way but that 2hour delay made things worse because when we got here there was no transport and the reason why we took that bus was because we wanted to get to JHB early. Never again in my life will I take that bus because of their very poor service. And I wouldn't recommend anyone to take that bus!!!
