I dropped off my car with the Airport Parking services and upon pickup I noticed a few changes:
o All the change in my car was taken
o All the food that I had in my car was eaten
o They obviously went through my whole car as a pen I usually keep in my cubbyhole was taken out and used to write some "ideas" of theirs on some brochures I had in my car
o Lastly they also decided to take a license sticker I had in my car, one that I did not want to stick on my window, and stick it on for me
After quite a lot of calls and promises, Tyrone the manager, refuses to get back to me.
I did manage to get hold of Tyrone almost a month after the incident, and the conclusion was that after his investigation, nothing could be found. he did say we could discuss reimbursement by way of a credit when I park with them again, still have not heard from him. And quite frankly, parking with them again even if for free is not worth the risk.
Unbelievably bad service, I will urge anyone not to use these guys... ever!!
