The Holiday Club
Bought unit to be in season but is not anymore

Unit was bought to be in season, week 14, which normally untill 2010, was over the last weekend of March/ beginning of April. From 2011 this week falled one week later. This year is pose an issue, because we have school going children. It is lodged to be in season week and levied as such. However, now that I want to i exchange the week to take it a week earlier, which falls in this year's school holidays, I need to pay in. Comments from VMS is that there was last year 53 weeks in their calender, which resulst that they weeks has moved on. It is unacceptable, because I can't use the timeshare I have paid the levy for and paid the high premium for (because it is a red week unit), in the school holidays. I need this to be resolved. How do I tell my children that we can't go to the sea because VMS has moved their weeks? This after I have requested information on calender dates etc since December when I have paid my levy... Only received the response on 31/1/2013. I am also told that my i exchange points are so low because I have banked at such a late stage. How late is the 16th of January if the year only started on the 1st of January?
