Do not book with this company, they have a bad business ethic and no compassion whatsoever.
I recently booked a holiday with them to Mozambique for my family including kids, and within a few days realised that area is dangerous for travel, reports of kidnappings, armed robberies at resorts had arose and I was not willing to risk my families safety. Merely days after making the booking, I asked them for a credit at an alternate destination (not a refund), they outright refused, no alternatives take it or leave it, but to add insult to injury and this is where my complaint stems from, Their representative stopped at nothing to persuade me to continue with the vacation, making up excuses for the kidnappings etc. He totally disregarded my safety to fulfill his own financial gain.
