I have had to rebook, change tickets, get vouchers... lost my voucher, lost my original ticket numbers, etc etc. In other words, I have basically been a nightmare client. But at every turn, I have had only the kindest, most efficient, outstanding service from Intercape, including at 5am! While Orlando was the last person we had the pleasure of dealing with, he is only one of many who make it a delight to use Intercape's services.
