I AM A STUDENT WHO WAS GOING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS. loss of personal property (luggage). My big blue, Couchman bag containing ID Book; Matric Certificate; External Hardrive; DVD's, Books and ALL my clothing items disappeared in Eagle Liner Bus's luggage compartments due the carelessness of the luggage department. On the 21 December 2013 at Parkstation, Johannesburg, time of 07:30 which is around the time of the bus that is coming to Standerton, were I was travelling to. My luggage was packed into the compartment of the bus with the help of the 'luggage attendant' who was on duty at the time. Then I went inside the bus to take a seat, but before sitting down I decided to run to the toilet inside Parkstaion and I informed the luggage attendant, on my return I realised that bags on the compartment have been moved or fiddle with (reason being some passengers who were not checked in into the bus had already put their bags in there, so they had to remove them), so I went there to make sure that my bag is intact then I couldn't find my bag, I contacted the luggage attendant who started giving me a lot of excuses and ignorance, (i need more space to write)
