We booked a holiday to Injushuti through SA Places. After speaking to Ilze Nagel she confirmed our booking at Injushuti Drakensberge from 18 - 22 December 2013. She send me the confirmation voucher. On the voucher it said " Room Type: Campsite without plug point". I phoned Ilze to confirm that it is a TENT-HOUSE. After a whole day's drive from JHB, we arrived at Injushuti 16:00. On arrival we realized, we should have taken our own tents and its not the TENT-HOUSE like it was confirmed. 16:30 we drove back home. Injushuti was very helpful but could help us with our problem.
I phoned Ilze and which she said there are no such thing like a tent-house (there are 3). When I demanded to speak to her manager, she replied "I am the manager". She really has a bad attitude, and weren't helpful at all. She "can't remember the phone call we had". She deny ever telling us that our booking was made for a tent-house.
