Booked an eagle liner bus for departure at 3:30 the bus is yet to arrive at 4:30. i have tried calling the call centre to no avail. No apologies have been issued - most of the staff have been nothing but rude. I have watched as other bus companies have brought in bus after bus for their passengers. Apparently our delay is that the bus has no trailer... i have been here since 2 surely a trailer could have been delivered by now. That there are passengers who are still waiting for the 10:00 am bus does not give one hope.
