No Response when you want to Cancel your Policy!

4 months ago I was wandering in Emperrors Palace when someone from the holiday club came to me and said I should take a scratch card and scratch, because i can win a holiday. Obviously i won something and they took me to the holiday club where i met one of their salesman. The salesman convinced me to take up a membership due to the fact that i want to go on holiday this December. He assured me if I put R 4000 deposit and sign a debit order i could use the point to go on holiday this December. About a month passed then they phoned and told me that I can activate my point at another Cost of -/ R4000 then only wil i be able to use my points. I were furious because now i have spend my December savings on a deposit and so far I have Paid about 3 Debit orders of each R900 and still I cant go on holiday this December. I phoned the holiday club at The end of November and said I want to cancel just to hear from the lady I should send my cancellation in Email which i Did and once again when they send me my bill another week after that, Still no one has called or Emailed me and now I cant go on holiday and all my holiday Savings is lost. Please cancel my Subscription and refund me!!!
