Dissapointing service

19 December I was to leave CPT to Lanseria, I get there, the line for check in is freaking long. Two flights passangers to check in at same time. 4 consultants made available to handle the volume of people.
After asking around regarding check-in and being rushed to a consultant to process my check-on, one gets bad attitude from the consultant and she refuses to assist as "check-in already closed"
I proceed to Booking kiosk to find a way to get onto flight, We find other passangers in same situation.
I get told by consultant not to make my problem hers.
Find out from another consultant, no announcements regarding closure of check-in are made and no staff send into lines to assist those who has to check in immediately. Have to go on stand-by until 7pm and hope for a place on a sold out flight.
Ended up buying ticket from Kulula that helped me without hesitaion and friendly service.
Mango Airlines are a gamble, I get better service from Home Affairs.
