I made a booking for January, however friends and family also had a booking in November/December and after the photos of the accommodation I cannot believe they charge any one to stay there. Mattress and coach where thorn, no cabinet in bathroom, only the frame of broken out cabinet, kitchen cabinets so rusty don't understand how you can use utensils without getting sick. Cancelation confirmed on 5 December with indication of refund within 7 working days by Marisa Coertze. On the 13th (6 working days) I made a follow up and again Marisa responded that the accountant was on leave. THIS SHOULD NOT BE MY PROBLEM! Again I had to follow up on the 18th (10 working days). I received a phone call from Wonder explaining that the payment has been made but they use the incorrect bank account and only became aware of it when the bank contact them, again not my problem! I asked him how they will composite for in-convening me? As the kept 25% of my deposit for cancelation but now they can make as they please. On 19 December the funds were repaid but only the 75%.
