We refer to the above memberships and our previous complaint of 2 Ocotber which is not dealt with.

We have sent numerous correspondence to Flexiclub (spesifically to Arny Nortje) regarding the combining of the memberships (which we was promised is possible to do), alternatively cancelling or transferring one of the memberships - Because both memberships belongs to the same person which results double levies annually. We were promised that it is possible to combine the 2 memberships, but they just wait for the final grant by die directors (which was suppose to be obtained in October already).

In the meantime no bookings can be made - because we are informed that membership may not be transferred while there is outstanding bookings. We are further informed that no bonus points or cash amount in the savings account may be transferred (which are also absolutely ridiculous in our opinion).
The other problem is, that one don't get suitable accommodation available if you dont book when bookings open which already was in October!!

Kindly note that - No levies for 2014 will be paid before all aspects have been dealt with and clarified.
