Paying and not flying!!!

DON'T EVER FLY WITH MANGO... IT'S LIKE THEY SAY, LOW COST AIRLINE, LOW COST SERVICE. Book i flight with Mango, all of a sudden you can't make the flight, you spend half a day trying to explain why you cannot fly because if you don't fly they will take your money, so eventually you manage to get a voucher, by this time you have already paid R340 for the change in flight to get a voucher. Now something happens and you cannot make the second flight, you go TO THEIR DESK AT ORT to tell them to cancel the flight you are booked on. They don't do it because it seems only certain people in certain places at Mango does certain things... although you are at the OFFICE OF MANGO AT A MAJOT AIRPORT. And don't try their call centre... there you can wait 45min, that's why i went to the actual Guest Sevices of Mango, what does this title say..."GUEST SERVICES"... they claim they cannot cancel i flight from there i have to call the debilitated call centre for that... All in all, they cancelled my vouchers linked to the flight i never took (the one i personally cancelled at the MANGO GUEST SERVICES desk), so now i'm out of pocket by R2500, i never took a flight, and i made an effort to cancel.
