I joined Dream Vacations in July/August last year (2012). I purchased 1500 points and received an extra 600 bonus points. That's a total of 2100 points. Then I referred a colleague to Dream Vacations who purchased 3000 points. I received an additional 1500 points for the referral. That adds up to 3600 points. At the beginning of this year 2013 I received my new annual points which is another 1500 points. That's a grand total of 5100 points! So far I have only used 2040 of these allocated points during August 2013. But I recently received a statement reflecting that I only have 1040 points left. I sent them several emails, but to this day I haven't had any response whatsoever!!!
