Refund and Bad attitude

I purchased a ticket on the 06/12/2013 from shoprite checkers from JHB to DBN. I was not issued with any documentation regarding terms and conditions of ticket purchases. On the 07/12/2013 I went to park station to cancel my tickets because of unforeseen circumstances. I was then told that they dont give cash refunds. To my amazement there was people going to Harare in front of me getting cash refunds from the same people that told me you don't get cash refunds. i would like someone to call me from Greyhound or Citiliner and arrange to get my cash refund approved. You cant tell me to wait 14 working days when I paid cash and you refund people in front of me unless we have double standards this is unacceptable. ticket cancellation ref numbers C3QC323Z8 ticket numbers T8H8K7RV - B3U29S4H and T8H8K7SU - B3U29S4H. I would like my cash refund. These ticket would have been for 21.00 on Citiline
