I booked and payed for a ticket earlier on and did not recieve confirmation of payment. the 1st time i called the guy said he i must email proof of payment, which i did. when i called again a lady said that i would have to pay again else the passenger cant check in tonight! money does not grow on trees to make 2 payments! the amount has come off my account and i dont see why i must pay again!
after numerous calls and emails and messages with the facebook mango page i was told that its sorted and they notified sum1 @ guest services, when i got there no-one knew anything.
i had taken proof of payment to guest services but they made me pay for the flight again because it isnt showing on their sude and they will refund me in 7days!!
what if i didnt have money to book for another flight?? i was going to have to wait 2 days for the money to reflect on their side!!! this is such bull*hit
