Cancellation of membership!

I emailed and faxed my request to cancel my Flexi Club membership on 28/11/2013.
At the time of my cancellation request my annual fees where settled in full and I had not used any of my points for several years.

I have several reasons for wanting to cancel my membership, one of the main being the ridiculous increase in membership fees and the fact both my wife and myself are pensioners and cannot afford this.
FlexiClub have introduced many conditions, one being that the cancellation request must be submitted between January and May which I found out when I called them.

When I purchased the points several years ago these conditions were not in force.
So Flexi Club can change conditions as it suits them however I did not agree to the change of conditions.

I will not be paying any fees and if necessary will appoint a lawyer and make use of all the protection available in the Consumer Protection Act to fight this and will report this to all consumer protection forums.
I insist that my membership "'403447'" be cancelled immediately.
