Incorrect billings to my account (from the admin side of Flexi Club), thus got handed over for no fault of mine to their attorneys & after much back & forth with the attorneys (with no resolvement & bad attitude), Flexi Club got back to me promptly and resolved my query/dispute.
It was a pleasure dealing with them directly and Bernadette (you rock) listened to my side of the story without any prejudice or judgement, investigated my account and as promised got back to me swiftly (under 2hrs), which she did and with a wonderful outcome. I am once again a happy customer/member of Flexi Club
