Never booking with Kulula again

We have been booking flights with Kulula for many years but not anymore. I have just spent 90min trying to book one flight via the Internet and still no booking. I cannot understand why this is not more user friendly. You book the flight then proceed to method of payment. If you choose the credit card the person who is the passenger has to show the credit card at check in which means I cannot book a flight for someone else. Then when you choose SID it takes forever to do anything or it does not work. Now while you are busy with processing the payment the prices go up and seats are sold. Now when you cancel the stuck transaction you have to pay the new price DUE TO THE PROGRAMS NOT WORKING. Phoned the call centre and that was also such a waste of time!!! Never again!!!
