Good Day, I booked a ticket for myself on [URL Removed] on the 01/01/2014 to Cape Town - to fetch my sister and her daughter. Unfortunately an emergancy popped up and I had to get 2 more flight tickets urgently. I then phoned the Call Centre to change my initial ticket to my sister and then buy another ticket for her daughter as I now would not need to fly to Cape Town anymore. I was prepared to pay the additional admin costs and buy another ticket. Unfortunately there was no assistance it was a Non refundable ticket. However I did not want a refund I just wanted to change the ticket so that it get used.
There was no assistance or any going the extra bit for a Kulula customer.
This is very sad. Now I ended up buying 3 tickets and only get to use 2. Unpredictable Emergancies do pop up from time to time in anybodies lifes. But rather not book a plane ticket with Kulula because there is no Humanity with them.
I have lost much more then just R840.00
