After 3 attempts, i was not able to process my Discovery booking through the Greyhound website, so i called the reservations number shown.
The price for a Bloem-PE return ticket was shown as R464 on the website but Sbu, the operator at HQ reservations wanted to charge me R496.
When i told him that this was more than the websites quoted price he said that there was nothing that could be done.
As a customer, the price advertised is the price i am entitled to.
Now i have to go early tomorrow morning to make the booking directly with the bus station 20mins away and then go back later tomorrow night to catch the bus...
Why doesnt the website work properly???
