I have booked three tickets from Johannesburg to Queenstown on the 6/11/2013, during my bookings i was told that if i want to cancel i must cancel the trip within hrs and i will be charged 20% for cancellation. On the 7/11 i decided to cancel all the tickets and the consultant give me reference number for cancellation and it was before 4:00 when i spoke to her and she told me that is going to take 5days to 7days before i get refund and i must send email to Juan for cancellation which was done at 04:10pm. I received email from Juan who told me that they only considered the cancellation that was done within 24hrs there is no refund and i spoke to someone in cancellation who told me different story again that it was suppose to be done within 72hrs, and told her to that i was not told about 72hrs i was told only about 24hrs and the bus suppose to leave at 17:45 on the 8 /11 and my cancellation was on done 04:10 so according to consulatant that i spoke to on 7/11 im due for refund and i also agree with her because it was before 24hrs.
