I just want to compliment Flight Centre - Woodmead for their exceptional service. Especially Sibongile. I have never had such efficient, friendly service from any call centre, and she kept me updates the whole time.
If there was something I was not happy with, she listened, and then answered or if she did not know, she went and found out, and got back to me quickly. I will definitely use flight centre again. If anyone wants efficient service on their flight booking or any help through flight centre, I will highly recommend calling the woodmead branch and ask for Sibongile. Flight Centre has a huge assist with her in their work force.
