Pathetic Service

Intercity Xpress was due to depart Durban Station at 9.45 but only left around 10:15, we were told that the air cons with being re gased. on our way to PMB and just after Maranhill toll there was a beeping sound before the bus came to a complete halt the driver notified us that there was overheating and we needed to wait for it to cool down before we could resume our trip some of us stepped out of the bus into the blistering heat of 36 degrees Celsius. We called the call centre and they informed us that there was a bus been sent to us. The bus broke down 4 more times after that and the bus still never reached us. Intercity Call center was clueless about their services, We stood on the side of the road at Van Reenans pass for - 2 hours and a new bus only got to us at 18:30.Intercity never even bought their passengers a bottle of water. We reached Benoni lakeside at 21:30 - our expected time of arrival was 15:45.Today 1 week later and Intercity has not contacted and apologized to me and i doubt any of the other passengers about their pathetic service. We were not the only bus broken down that day there was also another bus full of passengers just left like animals in the heat.
