Misleading and failing to keep their promises

I purchased 2 holiday contracts/points for about R60 000, I was promised that by their agents that Flexi Club will buy them back if I wanted to sell. Due to many disappointments I decided to sell, when tried I was told I needed to settle the balance first before they can buy back, which I did (the balance then was about R40 000). After that they refused to buy back saying that I must sell privately which has been impossible and now they say I can surrender the package after 5yrs without me getting anything. Lately I have being holding back their required R9 000 annual fee (meant to be used when booking holidays), which I said I will pay it when I book holidays. I booked a holiday over the Heritage week and it was confirmed (I had the reservation certificate).
When I took my family for that holiday and having travelled 600kms to the Kruger lodge I found that my booking was cancelled by Flexi Club without notice or explanation to me. Now their attorneys came with some offer that I should pay R8 000 and they will cancel my contract and when I requested that in writing they refused. Now the send me a letter that they will apply for judgement for the outstanding amount.
How pathetic!
