I must say Great Service should be appreciated! the service I received from Bianca Kgabi was extremely excellent and efficient. Ill definitely ask to be assisted by Binca when I call in again and I believe Greyhound will acknowledge that and not by a certificate, a nice day at the Spa will do justice for all the hard work.
