Please note with regards to subject booking, I am totally disappointed in being advised that I can not change the first name for a booking on eticket. I have unfortunately made an error in putting in the incorrect first name and I was shocked to hear when I called your Call Centre that I was not in a position to change the first name, neither was I able to cancel the ticket with a full refund.
I feel terribly bitter of this policy, I find it totally unfair and feel ripped off knowing that you Kulula operate on these terms/policies. This particular incident can be compared to one of those cheap local that money of people on the streets. Just by a blink of an eye I have lost my R 1 808-00, subsequently I had no option but to cancel the ticket. Adding to further insult I was told that I would only be refunded a small portion of the fare, the amount to be returned was not even able to be calculated however I was told that I would be advised at a later date by the back office of the total amount to be refunded.
Me and my family have been customers to your airline for the last 10 years which i am regretting at this point in time. Fly Kulula? NEVER again!
