Subsequent to my complaint regarding access to Cederberg House, Ann agreed to refund monies paid for accomodation, which we were unable to access due to impassable roads. Andrea Daniels' Email indicated that funds would be repatriated to my bank account, as soon as she received my banking details. I immediately emailed requisite information to her. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that one digit in my Account No had been ommitted due to a sticky key on my keyboard. Immediately drew Andreas attention to this and forwarded the correct information to her. I received a email stating that she had not received the said email. I have subsequently forwarded this information in four (4) letters to Andrea, but to date I have received no response from her.
I am left high and dry as she does not appear to want to answer my emails. Please help Peter me get this money repatriated to my Bank account.
