I used Airport Parkade parking services at OR Tambo last month. Their valet driver proceeded to crash my car whilst driving between the airport and their parking lot. The company emailed to let me know that my car was in a collision and that it was not bad. They initially said they would 'probably cover it', however they then claimed that it was not their drivers fault and I had to cover all the damages. The damages to the car came to more than R30 000
Their manager/owner Babsi Mcinga was unreachable. First she was in hospital for a week and then she was busy for another week. After getting her number from her other company - Babsi Recruitment Services, I called her. She said she would investigate and get back to me. A month later and she has not got back to me. She also avoids all calls I make to her mobile phone.
This is an unprofessional company who should not be dealt with. The owners other company - Babsi Recruitment should also not be dealt with.
